Terms of Service

Version 1.1 — Effective October 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of wujischool.com and the WuJi School membership (the "Service"), operated by Xu DaRocha, an individual doing business as Xu DaRocha Healing Art and Wu Ji School ("WuJi School," "we," "us"). By creating an account or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms and to the Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk (the "Waiver"), which is part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Your membership is for you alone. Do not share your account or login with anyone else. Tell us promptly at support@wujischool.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Membership and billing

  • Subscription. Membership is billed on a recurring basis at the price shown when you sign up. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Price changes. We may change membership prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and the new price will apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until payment is made.

4. Content and your license to use it

All videos, recordings, text, and other materials on the Service ("Content") are owned by WuJi School or Xu DaRocha and are protected by copyright and other laws.

While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream the Content for your own private practice. You may not:

  • Download, record, screen-capture, copy, or redistribute the Content
  • Share, sell, or publicly display the Content
  • Use the Content to teach classes, train others, or create derivative works
  • Attempt to bypass any access control or technical protection on the Service

The Content library may change over time. We may add, update, or remove Content at our discretion.

5. Health and safety

Your use of the Service is subject to the Waiver. The Content is educational and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the practices are appropriate for you and for consulting a healthcare provider when needed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, interfere with the Service or other members' use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, including by sharing your account or redistributing Content. If we end your access for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may also discontinue the Service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it ends.

8. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may send you emails about your account, billing, and the Service. We may also send occasional updates about new practices and offerings, which you can opt out of at any time.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any practice will produce a particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WuJi School, Xu DaRocha, and their instructors, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

This section does not limit the Waiver, which governs claims related to injury from practicing.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WuJi School, Xu DaRocha, and their instructors, contractors, and agents from any claims, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@wujischool.com and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Waiver are the entire agreement between you and WuJi School about the Service.
