Taoist Guided Meditations
Guan Yin prayer is a powerful full-body prayer, meditation, and ritual.
Seated, yet gently moving, the body becomes a meeting place of heaven and earth. Through subtle motion and breath, you reach upward—not to search, but to choose—gathering living ideas from the subtle realms, something you are ready to bring into being.
That essence is drawn down through the body, shaped through movement, and rooted into the physical world. Breath by breath, it settles in, like a seed finding its place in fertile soil.
And from this place—where the unseen begins to take form—you naturally turn outward. What has been planted within becomes something you can share, offering it through your presence to serve, to love, and to quietly bless all that is around you.
A practice for new moons, new chapters, or any moment you feel the pull to begin again—where what is held above is gently anchored below, and something new starts to grow.
